The Need for Mazuma
Simple and efficient, that is our vision. Mazuma rejects the tradition that in order to provide quality accounting and tax services, the CPA firm relationship has to be overly formal and stuffy. The reality is, some firms keep the relationship so formal to justify charging you so much!
We believe that the traditional accounting firm in the USA is not properly structured to effectively meet the needs of the small business owner. Most firms expect too much from the business owner and tangle the process in a multitude of shared tasks. The formal relationship and false traditions create a substantial amount of overhead, which is passed on to the client! Mazuma is built on an operational structure that capitalizes on efficiencies which are impossible to be accomplished in many traditional firms.

The relationship with their accountant often complicates their life and prevents them from focusing on their business marketing and operations. Mazuma originally started in the UK in 2006 and has grown to be one the UK's most celebrated and innovative Accountancy providers. The need for the concept in the USA struck a few local CPAs in Utah and now the same award-winning service is being provided from the offices in Salt Lake City.
